Ambrosia Hotel Beach & Spa, Bitez

The hotel faces onto the entertainment area, and our twin room was disappointing with old, dirty surroundings and damaged amenities. Despite complaints, the lack of WiFi and TV in the room was frustrating. However, the staff offered temporary accommodation at another hotel while ours was being prepared.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms faced onto what seemed like a storage area and were not properly cleaned, the service was more than helpful and the location provided stunning views across the sea to Kos. The dining experience had its highs and lows, offering a good selection of Turkish and European foods but with some dishes being of very low quality.

Despite multiple complaints about a leak on the floor, it was never fixed, giving more of a 3-star than 4-star experience. However, the service was exceptional from all staff members. The location was great for beach lovers, although there were noise issues at night. The dining experience offered a good selection but was average overall.
